Our Mission

We see our mission as being 2 pronged, doing what has not been done before.

Foremost, we advocate that our world is desperately in need of a Worldwide Wellness Policy to guide governments & individuals towards wellness attainment.

The second is to introduce a new initiative to our world for the purposes of saving innocent people from pain & frustration.

1] Via facilitating Health Literacy to help our world: To this cause, our initiative is the newly opened www.ihelphub.org to dispel the misconceptions with which depression, suicide & preventable health disorders are being viewed. Through it we will endeavour in time, to have mainstream health disorders become better understood, proactively prevented and reversed.

We feel strongly about this mission because absolutely everyone deserves help to realise that depression is as inseparable from other health disorders, as much as health & happiness are inseparable. Trying to remedy either in isolation is disastrous. Health & happiness deserve to be respected as an individual’s intangible personal wealth regardless of their monetary status, and hence should be managed, treated and restored concurrently, holistically and respectfully – treating the person as a whole being ‘mind & body’ together.

Hence whilst ihelphub will start doing its part, we appeal to Governments that health literacy is brought on par with educational literacy from early childhood. Not only does health illiteracy inflict avoidable suffering on people, but it also costs employers, insurers and tax payers, many times more than the investment in literacy may originally cost.

2] Via facilitating Mental Wellness for our world: To this cause, ihelpworld’s initiative is the imminent release of a new user-friendly mind + body exercise technique named mindpump™. Its mental rejuvenation may dispel the helplessness felt by depressed individuals and their families.

mindpump™ will give everyone a free fresh choice to experience a mental uplift as either a perk-me up for those who are doing fine, and even more importantly as a pick-me up for those suffering from mental health related issues.

Embodying the personal support formula of ‘each one-teach one’, mindpump’s™ practice could enable close family/friend to safeguard and distance a depressed person from suicidal risks. Its principles facilitate conscientious self-responsibility to do the ethical thing for self and family. It is adaptably capable to run parallel to meds & become a safety net to save depressed persons from falling through the cracks.

mindpump™ could fill dangerous voids represented in feelings of abandonment, low-confidence, isolation, intimidation, rejection, etc., associated with depression which prescription medicine just cannot do. Instead of leaving the affected person solely on prescription meds, mindpumping together with them stands the higher chance to rebuild their mental wellbeing through self-generated chemical-free rejuvenation.
